Check-in is at 14.00. Check-out is at 12.00.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Damage to Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
deposit and payment
- +40 days prior to arrival – 20% of the full amount is placed at the time of booking.
- 40-0 days before arrival – The full amount (100%) is placed at the time of booking.
cancellation and fees
If you need to cancel or change the dates of your stay, you have to write an e-mail to bookings@talaytara.com. Please supply your booking ID (can be found on your invoice).
Hotel Rate
Villas booked at our hotel rate can be cancelled until 3 days before arrival with no extra cost. By late cancellation, the guest must pay for 1 night. We offer full flexibility, and you can always change the dates of your booking. Please note that prices change during seasons, and you must pay the difference. Please contact us at bookings@talaytara.com and supply your booking ID (can be found on your invoice) if you want to change the dates of your booking.
Self Catering Rate
- +70 days before arrival – Cancellation fee is 20% of the total amount (minimum 400 DKK)
- 69-40 days before arrival – Cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount
- 39 – 0 days before arrival – Cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount
